Glenhaven Latrobe
Glenhaven Latrobe was born in 2001 and is by Derwen Denmark and out of Derwen Gentle Lady by Tireienon Step On.
His showring career, and that of his next owner, was off to a running start in 2003 when he took the WPCSA National Championship for 2&Under gelding at the end of the year. He was broke to harness and showing much promise for the 2004 show year, as well as an uncanny resemblance to his famous sire. Sadly, he died suddenly from an unexpected and unseen illness on Christmas Eve of 2003. Many tearful friends and family spent Christmas mourning the "Little Big Man" who will be remembered by many for a lifetime, even though his time with them was so short. He is survived by many full and half siblings, among which is the Section D mare, Crossroads Chocolate Chip, who is also owned by the same owner.
