How to Add your own Pony to the Website

If there is a pony that you would like featured on this website, then email me the photo (Jpeg format), pedigree and any other information you have about them and I will add it on to the list of ponies waiting to be added.

When sending details of your cob please make sure you let me have their full breeding or preferably add it to the All breed pedigree database website.

I currently have a large list of ponies waiting to be added to the website. If you would like to "Fast-track" the process and have your poiny added within 48 hours* then you can pay a one off £5 fee. These fees will go towards the running of this website.

If you are not in a rush to see your pony on the website and are happy for them to wait on the list then just email me the photo and details as normal.

* With the exception of when I am away on holiday when there will be a notice on this page detailing the timescale.

Just click the button below to pay securely by credit card via Paypal or to indicate to us that you are paying via a cheque.  Then send your details to us by e-mail or post.  If e-mailing images please make sure that you keep the file size to a minimum.  We are happy to accept photographs by post and we will scan the photo for you and return it to you if you include a SAE. 

Note: We are only able to accept credit card payments online, if sending in your details by post please send payment by cheque or postal order.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Welsh Pony Submitions can be fast tracked directly over the web with payment being made by Credit Card via Paypal. We have chosen Paypal to process your credit card transactions for us as they offer a secure service.
2. If you prefer you may email the details to us and payment can be made by either cheque or postal order. We regret that unfortunately at the moment we cannot accept credit card payments by post.
3. We aim to place any new submitions on the website between 24 and 48 hours of receipt of payment.
4. All photographs will be returned by post if a SAE is provided.  Whilst we will take every care of your photographs we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage.
5. In the event of holidays a notice will be placed on this website detailing the time period that the service will be unavailable.
6. All submitters are advised to check their Welsh Pony page for errors as soon as it has been placed on the website. Whilst every care is taken we cannot accept liability for any errors. We will amend any errors as soon as possible after we have been notified of them.
7. We reserve the right to refuse a website submition.
8. We cannot be held responsible if for reasons beyond our control the site should experience "down time" for a short period of time.
9. In placing a Welsh Pony on the site you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions.
